A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~~ ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 80R-547, NUNC PRO
TUNC, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
UNREPRESENTED JOB CLASSIFICATIONS, BY ADDING THE
CLASSIFICATIONS OF CETA YOUTH WORKER I AND CETA
YOUTH WORKER II.
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of December, 1980, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 80R-547, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and error, the full-time job
classifications of CETA Youth Worker I and CETA Youth Worker II were
omitted, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 80R-547, nunc pro tune,
to reflect the true intent of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R-547 be amended, nunc pro tune, to
add as foglows:'

That effective October 10, 1980 through December 4, 1980 inclusive, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any
of the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following
salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master.

Section 2.
That effective December 5, 1980 through October 8, 1981 inclusive, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the classifica-
tions listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in
the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 80R-547 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
resolution shall be October 10, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th
day of January 1981.
