A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT N0. 10 TO
m..._ LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5055 AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did, on August 16, 1977,
enter into the Master Agreement for the Federal-Aid Program with
the State of California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
agreement to provide for the placement of pavement markers and
pavement markings, at various locations on/off the Federal-Aid
system, to conform to 1978 Manual on Uniform Traffic Control
Devices (MUTCD) and State of California Standards by Contract;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
agreement to provide for the preliminary engineering to accomplish
the above; and
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 10 has been prepared by the
Department of Transportation, the terms and conditions whereof are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, F3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Supplement No. 10 to the Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 07-5055 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
