A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-57)
WHEREAS, the Czty Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Czty Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it zs for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anahezm that the offer of WELLS FARGO BANK to sell to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated zn
the City of Anahezm, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for an easement for road and public utility purposes, and more
particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 4 in Block 1 of
-Tract No. 221, as shown on a map recorded zn Book 13,
Page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of sand Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of sand Lot 4;
thence N. 74° 29' 50" E. along the Northerly line of
sand Lot 4, 12.25 feet; thence S. 15° 30' 00" E., 32.00
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
easterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence South-
erly and Easterly along said curve through a central
angle of 90° 00' 10", an arc distance of 23.56 feet to
a point in the Southerly line of sand Lot 4; thence S.
74° 29' 50" W., along said Southerly line, 27.25 feet;
thence N. 15° 30' 00" W., 47.00 feet to the point of
beg inning ,
be, and the same zs hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahezm accept a conveyance of sand
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anahezm be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owner or owners of sand real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anahezm and charged to Account No. 17-792-7101-
E2580, the sum of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($12,600.00).

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of January, 1981
