A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 80R-588.
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76R-182 established sick leave provisions;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80R-588 amended said provisions for certain
units of representation and employee groups; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director desires to implement said
amended sick leave provisions for employees in the Executive Management Group
and the Administrative Management Group and for the City Manager, City Clerk
and City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 80R-588 to add employees in the Executive Mangement Group, the Administrative
Management Group, and the City Manager, City Clerk, and City Attorney to the
units of representation and employee groups covered by the amended sick leave
provisions, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
application of new sick leave provisions to the Administrative Management
Group, Executive Management Group and to the City Manager, City Clerk and
City Attorney is in the best interests of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R-588 be amended by adding to Section 17.10
of the amended sick leave provisions the following groups and employee classi-
fications:
Executive Management
Administrative Management
City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 80R-588 shall remain in full force and effect; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall
be December 19, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 20th
day of January 1981.
