A RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING THE. URGENT NECESSITY FOR THE
PRESERVATION OF PROPERTY TO PERMIT THE
NEGOTIATION OF A PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT FOR THE
REPAIR OF TUSTIN AVENUE, FAIRMONT BOULEVARD AND
SANTA ANA CANYON ROAD SLOPE STORM DAMAGE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has proposed a public
works project called the slope storm damage Tustin Avenue,
Fairmont Boulevard and Santa Ana Canyon Road project, account
No. 01-792-.6325-E2650; and
WHEREAS, the City did go out for bid; and
WHEREAS, all bids were so excessive that the City did
reject all bids ; and
WHEREAS, after rejection of all bids the City did
readvertise said project and received no bids for this project;
and
WHEREAS, the slope storm damage to these streets is so
excessive that there is deemed to bean urgent necessity for
the preservation of this property.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does declare that the slope storm
damage repair to Tustin Avenue, Fairmont Boulevard and Santa
Ana Canyon Road to be one of urgent necessity for the preser-
vation of property.
