A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-49 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE GENERAL UNIT
REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in
a staff report dated November 10, 1992, that Resolution No. 91R-49
be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective October
23, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 91R-49 which established rates of compensation for
classes assigned to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of
the city of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective October 23, 1992 through October 7, 1993,
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the
City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be
employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated to
the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 91R-49 is October 23, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the
Memorandum of Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the
City of Anaheim and the General Unit represented by the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association apply to the foregoing
classification.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended
herein, Resolution No. 91R-49 shall remain in full force and
effect.
