A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
~.._. CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
935 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 67R-307
NULL AND VOID,
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 935 on May 31, 1967, by Resolution No. 67R-307; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 935 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution No. 67R-307 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of February, 1981.
