A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH VAN DOREN RUBBER COMPANY.

WHEREAS, Van Doren Rubber Company, hereinafter
referred to as Licensee, is the lessee of property in the
City of Anaheim over which the City owns a public right of
way; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion
of said easement for the purpose of allowing a three-inch
diameter steel conduit to be installed under and across right
of way at 2240 South Dupont Street; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to Licensee; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such instal-
lation across a portion of the easement of City will not
interfere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Van Doren
Rubber Company be, and the same are, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are, hereby authorized to execute said license
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
