A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-26)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANZ POHL to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
an easement for road and public utility purposes, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 28 of Tract No.
1194, as shown on a map recorded in Book 38, Pages 1
and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 28;
thence S. 74° 21' 15" W., 7.00 feet; thence N. 15° 36'
55" W., 96.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 90° Ol' 02", an arc distance
of 23.57 feet; thence S. 74° 22' 03" W., 7.00 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly and hav-
ing a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Easterly and South-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 90°
O1' 02", an arc distance of 23.57 feet; thence S. 15°
36' 55" E., 96.21 feet to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owner of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 17-792-7101-E2580
the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
