A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-48)
WHEREAS, the
desirous of purchasing

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ARN K. YOUNGMAN; DENNIS M.
BERRYMRN AND CAROL ANN BERRYMAN to sell to the City of Anaheim the
following described real- property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement
for road and public utility purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of
the South Street Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 8, page 89, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard and South Street; thence N 74° 29' S0" E
along said centerline of said South Street, 62.00
feet; thence S 15° 30' 10" E, 30.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing S 15° 30' 10"
E, 2.00 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve
concave southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence Westerly and Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 89° 59' 50", an arc dis-
tance of 23.56 feet; thence S 15° 30' 00" E, 117.04
feet; thence S 74° 29' 50" W, 2.00 feet; thence N
15° 30' 00" W, 119.04 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 89° 59'
50", an arc distance of 23.56 feet to the true point
of beginning,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 17-792-7101-E2580
the sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($4,900.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
