A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~~-~ ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
A LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE
BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS
ASSOCIATION FOR CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT ANAHEIM STADIUM
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has caused certain
personal property to be added to Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to finance the cost of such
additions; and
WHEREAS, the Bank of America National Trust and
Savings Association has this day submitted a lease for said
personal property and the terms and conditions whereof
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does approve the lease between
Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association and
the City of Anaheim.
BE IT .FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement and ancillary
other documents to further the leasehold inte-rest as may
be approved by the City Attorney for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
