A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLA-
TION BY STEWART WARNER CORPORATION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM STADIUM SCOREBOARD ACCOUNT N0.
61-295-6896, DIRECTING THAT THE CITY CLERK FILE
A NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT ON
SAID SCOREBOARD
WHEREAS, the City has entered into a Contract as
amended with the Stewart Warner Corporation for the design,
coordination and installation of a scoreboard and related
advertising structures at the Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, Stewart Warner Corporation has completed
the design, coordination and installation of said score-
board in accordance with said Contract as amended; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a Notice of Com-
pletion be filed and final payment be authorized to
Stewart Warner Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does accept the design,
coordination and installation of the scoreboard and re-
lated advertising structures at the Anaheim Stadium,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to file a Notice cf Com-
pletion on said project account No. 61-295-6896; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director
is hereby authorized to make final payment to the Stewart
Warner Corporation in the amount of $.115,348..40. in full and
complete payment for said scoreboard and related adverti-
sing structures.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim tixis 10th day
of March 1481_
