A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COiJP1t:IL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING TIiAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A
CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WIiEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 80-81--20 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, and to consider a
change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter men-
tioned and described and, at said hearing, did receive evidence
and reports from persons interested therein and from its staff;
and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
said hearing, the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing and denying the proposed amendment;
and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and did consider the
same; and

NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
The South 210.00 feet of the East 186.02 feet of the
West 10.27 acres of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, as shown on
a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of
said Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of

Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, 487.2 feet
West of the Southeast corner of said Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter; thence West along the South
_line of said Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter,
~.. 835 feet to the Southwest corner of said Southeast quar-
ter of the Southwest quarter, said point being 1329.3
feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 20;
thence North along the West line of the Southeast quar-
ter of the Southwest quarter of said Section, 1214 feet
to the South line of the tract of land conveyed to the
Southern Pacific Railroad Company by deed recorded
September 19, 1899, in book 45, page 149 of Deeds;
thence East along said South right of way line 835 feet;
thence South 1214.75 feet to the point of beginning,
remain in the "RS-7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE and not be
incorporated in the "RM-3000" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE-FAMILY ZONE.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th y~ay~f March, 1981.
