A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0.
2166 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC81-12
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 2166 on January 12, 1981, by Resolution No. PC81-12;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2166 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution No. PC 81-12 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of March, 1981.
