A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES OR INTERESTS
THEREIN.
WHEREAS, an easement deed described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated by reference (hereinafter DEED)
has been presented to the City of Anaheim all as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the grantors, property interests conveyed and
Iocation of the property described in DEED are set forth in
Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the owners of that property described in
Exhibit A have offered to convey to the city of Anaheim the
interests therein in consideration of the conveyance to the
owners of certain real property owned by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency pursuant to an Exchange Agreement between
the owners and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim to accept DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim that the DEED described in Exhibit A be, and
it is, accepted, provided, however, that nothing herein shall be
construed to be in acceptance of any parcel or property into the
City street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council be, and it
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the foregoing DEED
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
