A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-14)
WHEREAS, the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of FRED H. KRASTEL AND MABEL I.
KRASTEL to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, to be used for an easement for road and public
utility purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along and across the following described parcel:
The Easterly 47.00 feet, as measured at rir~ht angles to
the centerline of Anaheim Boulevard, said centerline for
the purpose of this description being the East line of
Lot 2 of the Stueckle Subdivision as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 8, page 43, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 17-792-7101-E2580,
the sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00).
