A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING
THAT STATE ROUTE 55 BE DESIGNATED IN THE
FEDERAL-AID PRIMARY SYSTEM.
WHEREAS..,, under regulations issued by the Secretary
of Transportation under the Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23
U. 5. Code), routes may be added to an3 deleted from the
Federal-Aid Primary and Federal-Aid Urban systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim concurs in and approves of the deletion
of State Route 55 as designated in EXHIBIT A (being attached
hereto and hereby made a part of this resolution) from the
Federal-Aid Urban System and addition of this route in the
Federal-Aid Primary System, subject to the concurrence of the
California Department of Transportation and approval of the
Federal Highway Administration.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is hereby approved and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th
day of March, 1981.
