A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A LEASE AGREE-
MENT WITH DAVID RUDAT TO ESTABLISH A
CHOOSE AND CUT CHRISTMAS TREE FARM ON
CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City owns certain real property on
the East side of Brookhurst Street approximately 20.0 feet
North of Crestwood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, City's plan for development of this
property will not take place for several years; and
WHEREAS, David Rudat desires to lease the property
to establish a choose and cut Christmas tree farm; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to enter into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that certain agreement
between the City of Anaheim and David Rudest for the establish-
ment of a choose and cut Christmas tree farm located on the
East side of Brookhurst Street approximately 200 feet North
of Crestwood be and the same hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayer and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved ~.nd adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day
