A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN CONNECTION WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATION
TERMINAL TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A1~TD CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the State of California acting by and
through its Department of Transportation ("State") has agreed
to contribute State monies from SB 620 in an amount not to
exceed $232,995.00 ("Funds") to the City of Anaheim for use in
constructing a multi-modal transportation terminal located
adjacent to the Santa Fe Railroad tracks at Anaheim Stadium;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared providing for
the use of the Funds for said construction; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said agreement are acceptable
to the City Council of-the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim. '
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17tH day of
