A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. (R/W #2800-16)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes; anc
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell and
convey-the same to the City; and _
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accep•
said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of EUGENE MICHAEL OSTER to sell to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used
for an easement for road and public utility purposes, and more par-
ticularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along and across the following described parcel:
The easterly 47.00 feet, as measured at right angles, to
the centerline of Anaheim Boulevard for the purpose of
this description, the said centerline is assumed to be
the east line of Lot 4 of the Stueckle Subdivisions, as
per map recorded in Book 8, page 43, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of sa~.d
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Accounting Officer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a warrant
and pay to the owner of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim and charged to Account No. 17-792-7101-E2580,
the sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($5,200.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
