92-226 RESOLUTION NO. 92R - 226
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-24 PERTAINING TO
VARIANCE NO. 1323
WHEREAS, the city Council did, on February 4, 1992,
adopt Resolution No. 92R-24, which resolution did amend certain
conditions pertaining to Variance No. 1323; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to further amend
the conditions pertaining to Variance No. 1323 to conform to that
certain final judgment of the Orange County Superior Court
concerning said Variance No. 1323, to wit: Honigmann v. City of
Anaheim (Orange County Superior Court Case No. 68-84-89).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 6 of Variance No. 1323, as
set forth in Resolution No. 150, Series 1960-61, as amended by
Resolution No. 92R-24, be further amended by deleting therefrom
the expiration date of August 5, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except a expressly
modified by this Resolution, Variance No. 1323 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of November,
1992.
