A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-104
AND CONSENTING TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF CERTAIN
MONIES .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on
March 10, 1981, adopt Resolution No. 81R-104 which Resolution ter-
minated a construction contract .with B-1 Enterprises Corporation;
and
WHEREAS, B-1 Enterprises Corporation, Integrity Insurance
Company and John A. Artukovich Sons, Inc. have agreed to have the
work to be completed by John A. Artukovich Sons, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to secure comple-
tion of the work at the earliest possible time.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby rescind Resolution No. 81R-104.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim does
hereby consent to .and approve the assignment of any monies (which
are due or may become due) to B-1 Enterprises Corporation to John
A. Artukovich Sons, Inc.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th da„~of March, 1981.
