A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
714 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 65R-581
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 714 on August 3, 1865, by Resolution No. 65R-581; and
WHEREAS, the- applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit-for the reason it is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1658 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1658 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution No. PC76-202 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anahei
