A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE N0. 2769 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-92 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2769 on
February 24, 1976, by Resolution No. 76R-92; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2769 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 76R-92 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of March, 1981.
