A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCLL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC
ADMINISTRATION SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of a consultant
to perform certain duties in connection with its Managing Criminal
investigation Program in the Anaheim Police Department Investiga-
tion Division; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Ci y Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1 day of
