°~°~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE
OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO
WATTS FOR LEGAL SERVICES
CONCERNING POWER SUPPLY,
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT WITH ALAN R.
PROVIDED TO CITY
AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Alan R. Watts
("Attorney") heretofore on August 31, 1976, entered into an
Agreement wherein the Attorney provides legal services to
City relating to City's power supply; and
WHEREAS, the Attorney has requested the rates in
connection with the services furnished pursuant to the
Agreement be increased; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that a Second Amendment to Agreement
with Alan R. Watts for legal services relating to power supply
for the City be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Amendment
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of
April, 1981.
