A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 423
'"~` AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-447 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 423 on June 16, 1964: by Resolution No. 64R-447; and
WHEREAS: the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 423 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. 64R-447 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of .Anaheim this 14th day of April, 1981.
