A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING CERTAIN STORM DRAIN,
RIDING, HIKING AND BIKING EASEMENTS NEAR THE
INTERSECTION OF COUNTRY HILL ROAD AND OLD
BRIDGE ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate cer-
tain public streets, highways or public service easements pursuant
to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law;
and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by law;
and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of October, 1981, a public hear-
ing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence concern-
ing said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, from the evidence
submitted, that the street, highway or public service easement
hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for present or
prospective public purposes including nonmotorized transportation
facilities.
WHEREAS, if and to the extent that there are in place
public utility facilities in use for which easements are not re-
served and excepted by this resolution, the City Council hereby
determines that the public convenience and necessity requires that
no easements be reserved for such facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of those ease-
ments for storm drain, equestrian riding, biking and hiking pur-
poses, more specifically described in Exhibit A, consisting of four
pages, and incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of October,
1981.

portion of Parcel 2 of a map filed in Book 99, pages 33 through 37 of
Parcel Maps, as described in a deed to the City of Anaheim, in the County
of Orange, State of California, recorded in Book 12508, pages 1448 through
1455 of Official Records, being 17.00 feet in width, 12.00 feet lying on
the easterly side; and 5 f eet on the westerly side, of the following`
described line:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Parcel 2, from which
the most northerly corner thereof bears North 72° 57' 40" East 47.04 feet,
said point also lying on a curve, the center of which bears South 62° 32'
28" East 112.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve and through a cen-
tral angle of 52° 47' 32" an arc length of 103.20 feet; thence South
25° 20' 00" East tangent to last mentioned curve 124.66 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of
932.00 feet; thence southeasterly along said curve and through a central
angle of 8° 43' 20" an arc length of 141.88 feet to a point hereinafter

as .follows.
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Parcel 2, being the
northerly terminus of the line shown as North 21° 55' 00" West 300.00
feet, said line being radial to the beginning of a curve concave south-
west, having a radius of 27.38 feet; thence easterly and southerly 36.06
feet along said curve, through a central angle of 75° 26' 33" to a
tangent line;

bears North 21° 39' 16" West from the center of said curve concave
southwest, a radial line to said point bears North 69° 33' 55" East
from the center of said curve being on the westerly boundary of said
Parcel 2; thence continuing southerly 15.00 feet along last- mentioned
curve having a radius of 580.00 feet through a central angle of
1° 28' 55" to the point of beginning.

That certain easement for storm drain and appurtenances situated in a
portion of Parcel 2 of a map filed in Book 99, pages 33 through 37 of
Parcel Maps, as described in a deed to the City of Anaheim, in the
County of Orange, State of California, recorded in Book 12508, pages
1448 through 1455 of Official Records, said easement being 10.00 feet
in width, 5.00 feet lying on each side of the following described. line:
Beginning at the northerly terminus of a line shown as "North 21° 55' 00"
West 300.00 feet" on the westerly boundary of said Parcel 2, said point
being the beginning of a tangent curve, concave northeasterly and having
a radius of 580.00 feet; thence northerly along said curve and through a
central angle of 5° 38' 55" an arc length of 57.18 feet to the intersec-
tion with a curve, the center of which bears North 60° 40' 00" East 203.00
feet and said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence southerly
along last- mentioned curve and through a central angle of 7° 08' 27" an
arc length of 25.30 feet; thence South 36° 28' 27" East, tangent to last
mentioned curve 217.73 feet; thence South 31° 45' 51" East 270.00 feet
and there terminating. The side lines of the foregoing easement shall
terminate in the westerly line of said Parcel 2.
