A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO ADMINISTER THE
DEFERRED PAYMENT LOAN PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has received a Community Development Block Grant from the
United States government; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
pursuant to Resolution 79R-330, approved the Deferred Payment
Loan Program of the City of Anaheim and authorized the
Community Development Director to execute said loans for and
on behalf of said Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the Community
Development Director to sign the necessary documentation to
administer the Deferred Payment Loan Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it does hereby
authorize the Community Development Director to sign all
necessary documentation required to administer the Deferred
Payment Loan Program of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of
October, 1981.
