A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
80R -577 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT.
WHEREAS, the need has been established for creating an education
incentive program for Police Management Classifications, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 80R -577 which established rates of compensation for classes designated
as Administrative Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of these classes is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classifications be allocated to the Salary
Schedule Master as follows:
That effective October 9, 1981, the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

Police Captain D POST Advanced X 2075 A -E
Police Captain D POST Management X 2115 A -E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 80R -577 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of October 1981.
