1981-503WHEREAS, on October 13, 1981, the City Council of the City of
Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 81R -492, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and error, the salary schedule for
the classification of Rangemaster was incorrectly stated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 81R -492, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following classification listed in Resolution No. 81R -492 be
amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
SECTION 1.
That effective October 9, 1981, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or
will in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary schedule master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 81R -492 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution
shall be October 9, 1981.
