1981-515WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted a
franchise ordinance awarding a cable franchise to Storer
Cable Communications; and
WHEREAS, said franchise ordinance permits the City
to approve the Cable T.V. Program Schedule by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a Cable
T.V. Program Schedule; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to adopt a
new program schedule which will add an additional channel at
no additional charge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the program
schedule attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A be, and the
same is hereby adopted as the Program Schedule for Storer Cable
T.V. as of this date and time.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of "?ovember,
1981.
