A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 81R -172 PER-
TAINING TO THE SALE OR DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED
OR UNCLAIMED PERSONAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
81R -172 pertaining to the disposal of certain abandoned or un-
claimed personal property; and
WHEREAS, by error certain properties were listed in
said Resolution as being retained by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, certain other items were listed as being
retained at the Stadium when in truth and fact they were
retained by the Human Resources Department; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to correct and disclose the
proper disposition of said personal property items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 81R -172 be amended
to read as follows:

2. Back Pack Blower, JLO
Tag No. 58225 -3
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended, Resolution No. 81R -172 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of November,
1981.
