1981-520WHEREAS, the need has been established for an Assistant Public
Utilities General Manager Power Resources, and
WHEREAS, an executive search and salary negotiations are now
concluded, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 81R 499 which established classifications and rates of compensation for
classes designated as Administrative Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classification be allocated to the Salary
Schedule Master as follows:
That effective November 6, 1981, the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.
