A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2009 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NOS. 79R -599
AND 80R -261 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 2009 on October 16, 1979, by Resolution No. 79R-599
as amended by Resolution No. 80R -261; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2009 be, and the same is hereby, ter-
minated and that Resolution Nos. 79R -599 and 80R-261 be declared
null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of
November, 1981.
