1981-558WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated November 23, 1981 that the salary schedules for seven job
classifications be adjusted upward, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 80R -548 which established rates of compensation for
classes represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association,
General City Employees Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the adjusting upward of the salary schedules for seven job classifications
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that effective October 9, 1981 through October 7, 1982 inclusive,
the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.
