A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 13 TO THE
LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL -AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS
AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on August 16, 1977, the City of Anaheim and
the United States of America entered into a Federal -Aid Urban
Systems Program; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Federal Government have
entered into numerous supplements to said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the United States of America has proposed
Supplement No. 13 for the Anaheim Stadium Traffic Circulation
Improvements, Federal No. M- 3041(106); and
WHEREAS, the form of said Supplement No. 13 of Agree-
ment No. 07 -5055 is satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Supplement No. 13 for the Anaheim
Stadium Traffic Circulation Improvements to Agreement No.
07 -5055 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of
December, 1981.
