A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN ASSIGNMENTS OF
UNRECORDED EASEMENTS, AGREEMENTS AND LICENSES.
WHEREAS, certain assignments of unrecorded Easements,
Agreements and Licenses have been presented to the City of Anaheim,
all as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, each of said assignments having been determined
to be correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds
that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept
each of said assignments and the interests conveyed therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the following assignments be, and they
are hereby, accepted by the City of Anaheim:
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th da of December, 1981.
