A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN Ar' NDr' ENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT NO. 169,
EXHIBIT "C".
the City of Anaheim, tursuant to the recommenda-
tions of the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, adopted a
General Plan for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of November, 1981, the City
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hear-
ing to consider a General Plan Amendment. The General Plan
!xaendment does consider changing: the land use designation for the
5.6 acres located on the west side of Citron Street north of La
Verne Street, and on the north side of Northgate Lane east of
Citron Street; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC81 -238 containing
a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and recouvending that said Amendment to the General
Plan designated as Amendment No. 169 be adopted by the City
Council, changing the land use designation for the aforedescribed
area to "Low Medium Residential" in accordance with Exhibit "A
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Couunission further recommended
inclusion of those properties on the east side of Citron Street
between La Verne Street and Northgate Lane as part of said Amend-
ment; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said Resolution, summary of evi-
dence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, the City Council did fix the 15th day of December,
1981, as the time, and the City Council Chamber in the Civic Center
as the place for a public hearing on said proposed Amendment No.
169 and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by
law; and
W �?HEREAS, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports and
did consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 169 changing the land use designation in both of the
aforedescribed areas in accordance with Exhibit "C" on file with
the City should be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim. that Amendment No. 169 to the General Plan changing
the land use designation for both of the aforedescribed areas to
"Low Medium Residential" in accordance with Exhibit "C" on file
with the City be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby, instructed to amend the General Plari Map to
conform to General Plan Arnendrent No. 169 as herein adopted and
approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of December, 1981.
