A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH URO INVESTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment, Agency has agreed to
sell a building to URO Investments; and
WHEREAS, said building encroaches into the right of way
of Old Lincoln Avenue, Claudina Street and an unnamed public
alley; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has initiated abandonment
proceedings of the portions of those public streets into which
said building does encroach; and
WHEREAS, an encroachment agreement has been prepared
to permit said building to encroach into said public rights of
way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and conditions
of said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of December,
1981.
