RESOLUTION NO. 81R -589
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERLY HALF OF
OLD LINCOLN AVENUE, THE EASTERLY HALF OF
CLAUDINA STREET AND THAT CERTAIN PUBLIC ALLEY
LOCATED GENERALLY IN THE AREA OF THE INTER-
SECTION OF OLD LINCOLN AVENUE AND CLAUDINA
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
The northerly one foot more or less of Old Lincoln Avenue
extending from Claudina Street to a point approximately
48 feet easterly thereof; the easterly one foot more or
less of Claudina Street extending from Old Lincoln Avenue
to a point approximately 95 feet northerly thereof; the
northerly one foot more or less of that unnamed public alley
(located approximately 95 feet northerly of Old Lincoln
Avenue) extending from Claudina Street to a point approxi-
mately 20 feet easterly thereof.
of said streets, highways or public service easements are shown
on a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
3:00 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
January 19, 1982
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of December, 1981.
