ANA~:~M AM~qDING P~RSONNEL RULE 6, ~ PAY
AS SST FOIR~H IN RESOIf3TION NO. 88R-166
WHEREAS, on April 26, 1988, the city Council adopted Resolution
No. 88R-166 adopting Personnel Rules covering management, confidential and
non-represented part-time employees; and
W/~REAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated March 12, 1991, that Persorrel ~le 6, Premi%~l Pay, be
amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
such amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
Anaheim that Section 6.411 of Personnel Rule 6 as set forth in Resolution
No. 88R-166 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"6.411 E~oloyees upgraded to the job classes listed bel~ shall be
paid in accordance with paragraph 6.31, provided however that a
minimum of one (1) complete work shift must be worked before
payment will be made from the first day. Such job classes
shall be designated in the resolution by a "UFS" before the
schedule number.
