A RESOI3/fION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF
AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 88R-166
WHerEAS, on April 26, 1988, the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 88R-166 adopting Personnel Rules covering management, confidential and
non-represented part-time e~ployees; and
WHEREAS, the h%~man Resources Director has rec~L~/~led in a staff
report dated March 12, 1991, that Personnel Rule 3, Compensation, be
amended in the manner hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim does find that
such amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 3.1 be added to Personnel Rule 3 as set forth in
Resolution No. 88R-166 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
"Section 3.1 Employees hired to work on a part-time basis in any
non-represented part-time classification with a full-time equivalent shall
be compensated at the hourly rate of pay established for the full-t/~
classification."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 88R-166 shall remain in full force and effect.
