A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R -123 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated December 12, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R -123 be amended in the manner set forth,
effective December 15, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R -123, is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R-
123 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Administrative
Management.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R -123 be amended as follows:
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -123 be amended by adding the following
classification and allocating it to the salary range shown:

City Engineer
Salary Range

2. That the following classifications be deleted from Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R -123:
Classification Salary Range
Deputy City Engineer X CR19
Civil Engineer X CR18
Traffic/Transportation Manager X CR18
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 2000R -123 is December 15, 2006.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 2000R -123 shall remain in full force and effect.
