91-045 RESOLUTION NO. 91R- 45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90R-113 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED AS UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated February 19, 1991, that the classification of
Water Advisor be created effective February 15, 1991; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 90R-113 which established rates of compensation for
classes designated as Unrepresented Part-Time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that amending Resolution No. 90R-113 as set forth hereinbelow is
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the city of Anaheim that Resolution No. 90R-113 be, and the same is
hereby, amended to reflect the following:
That, effective February 15, 1991, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the
classification listed below shall be allocated to tha following
salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master:
CLASSIFICATION SALARY SCHEDULE STEP ~NGE
Water Advisor A 1397 J-E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective dat~ of said
amendment to Resolution No. 90R-113 is February 15, 1991.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended
herein, Resolution No. 90R-113 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim this 26th day of February ,
1991.
