91-043 RESOLUTION NO. 91R-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE
CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY TO THE
PRESLEY COMPANIES
WHEREAS, the City did, on October 11, 1988, enter into
an agreement with the Presley Companies for the development of
the Serrano/Twin Peaks Reservoir; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of said agreement the
Presley Companies did agree to convey certain property to the
city of Anaheim for the reservoir and the City of Anaheim did
agree to convey certain other property to Presley; and,
WHEREAS, Presley has conveyed the property to Anaheim
and Anaheim is obligated, by the terms of the Agreement to convey
the parcel to Presley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of
the City of Anaheim, that:
1. The City Council does hereby authorize the conveyance
of the property to the Presley Companies.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute a deed to said
property to Presley and to deliver said deed to the
Presley Companies.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of February,
1991.
