91-042 RESOLUTION NO. 91R-42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING
EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO
AN ELECTRICAL EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has acquired fee title to
that certain property to be used for a sports arena; and
WHEREAS, said property is encumbered with an electrical
easement in favor of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said easement may have merged into the city's
fee title interest in said property; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to clear the
City's fee title interest in the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Anaheim
does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute and record a quitclaim deed to said electrical easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the city of Anaheim this 26th day of February,
1991.
