A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY F ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Vineyard Lot D -6,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and
630 of Deeds in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot D -6, said
Southeast corner being the center line intersection of
Lincoln Avenue and Harbor Boulevard; thence South 74
23' 34" West, along the center line of said Lincoln
Avenue, 69.87 feet; thence Northerly at right angles
to said center line, to the intersection with a line
that is parallel with and distant 44.75 feet North of
said center line to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet;
thence Easterly and Northerly along said curve through
a central angle of 89 53' 34" an arc distance of 39.22
feet to a point in a line that is parallel with and
distant 45 feet Westerly of the center line of Harbor
Boulevard; thence Easterly at right angles to said paral-
lel line, to the intersection with the center line of
Harbor Boulevard; thence South 15 30' 00" East along
said center line of Harbor Boulevard, 69.62 feet to the
point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVLD that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of December 1964
