A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
(ILITY PURPOSES AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT-.._
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and a temporary construction easement
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim tht the offer of JOHN B KILROY a married

property situated in the City of An beim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utilit •ur•oses and a tel•orar construction easement

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot Twenty -two (22)
of the Anaheim Extension, as shown on a Map of Survey made
by William Hamel, and filed in the office of the County Recor-
der of Los Angeles County, California, a copy of which is re-
corded in Book 3, pages 163 and following, entitled "Los
Angeles County Maps," in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the center lines of Ball
Road and East Street; thence North 15 28' 45" West along the
center line of said East Street, a distance of 123.50 feet;
thence South 74 31' 15" West 45.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence South 15 28' 45" East 23.44 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly having a
radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly and Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 105 19' 34" an arc dis-
tance of 45.96 feet tangent to a line parallel with and distant
53.00 feet North of the center line of Ball Road; thence North
89 50' 49" East along said parallel line a distance of 45.21
feet; thence North 15 28' 45" East 59.51 feet; thence South
74 31' 15" West 12.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and across
that portion of said Lot Twenty two (22) of the Anaheim Extension,
described as follows: Beginning at the True Point of Beginning
as described in the above Parcel One; thence North 15 28' 45"
West 140.00 feet; thence North 74 31' 15" East 12.00 feet
thence South 15 28' 45" East 140.00 feet; thence South 74
31' 15" West 12.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said temporary easement to expire upon the completion of con-
struction.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE) that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
