OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to it Any easement for Public
virility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and be :t interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
e nd more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
those portions of Tract 5053, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 183, pages 34 to 38, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: A strip of land 10.00 feet in width, lying 5.00
feet on each side of the following described centerline: Be-
ginning at the point on the Easterly line of Lot 44 of said
tract, distant North 0° 07' 56" West 9.00 feet from the South-
east corner of said lot; thence South 79 14' 45" West 88.42
feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A said
Point "A" being located 5.00 feet Easterly and 8.00 feet
Southerly, both measured at right angles from the Westerly and
Northerly lines, respectively of Lot 43 of said tract; thence
South 71 11' 20" West 64.04 feet to a point hereinafter re-
ferred to as Point "B said Point "B" being located 2.00 feet
Southerly, measured at right angles from the Northerly line of
Lot 36 of said tract, and 12.00 feet Easterly, measured at
right angles from the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly
line of Lot 45 of said tract; thence North 89 04' 57" West
146.51 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "C
said Point "C" being located 2.00 feet Southerly, measured on
the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 47 of
said tract from the Southwest corner of said Lot 47; thence
North 87° 26' 34" West 154.43 feet to a point hereinafter re-
ferred to as Point "D said Point "D" being located 5.50 feet
Southerly and 17.00 feet Easterly, both measured at right angles
from the Northerly and Westerly lines, respectively, of Lot 36
of said tract; thence North 82 54' 15" West 139.77 feet to
point on the Westerly line of Lot 51 of said tract, distant

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of December 19 64

said Lot 51. The side lines of this easement are
prolonged or shortened to terminate on the Easterly
line of said Lot 44, and on the Westerly line of
said Lot 51.
PARCEL TWO: A strip of land 3.00 feet in width lying
1.50 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "A above described;
thence North 9 46' 57" West 15.00 feet.
PARCEL THREE: A strip of land 3.00 feet in width
lying 1.50 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "B above described;
thence South 8 56' 49" East 15.00 feet.
PARCEL FOUR: A strip of land 3.00 feet in width lying
1.50 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "C" above described;
thence South 1 44' 15" West 10.00 feet.
PARCEL FIVE: A strip of land 3.00 feet in width lying
1.50 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at Point "D above described;
thence South 4 49' 35" West 10.00 feet.

December, 1964, by the following vote of the members thereof:
